Nominations are now open for the
2013 - 2014 Board of Directors!
The New England Patriots Fan Club of Arizona (NEPFCA) will be holding officer/director elections on 3/10/13 at the Club's annual picnic.
The first step in this process has begun which is the nomination process.
This year the club positions up for election are:
Vice President (2 year) - Handles all presidential duties in the absence of the Club President and keeps order during meetings and oversees the Club raffles and prize awarding in the absence of the Sergeant of Arms.
Treasurer (2 year) - Collects all monies due to the Club and keeps all Club Financial records.
Director (7 spots of 1 year each) - Voting body for issues pertaining to the Club. May direct that certain matters go to the general membership of the Club for vote.
The nomination window will close 2/23/13.
To make a nomination, you will need to:
1. Be a club member for the 2012-2013 year.
2. Nominate a person that is a current club member; you can nominate yourself.
3. State the position you are nominating the person (V.P., Treasurer, or Director)
4. Include why you wish to nominate this person; i.e. why this person would be good for this position.
5. If possible, please submit a head shot photo of the nominated person.

Nominations must be received by 2/23/13 to be included on the ballot.
This is your chance to give back to the club. The more hands that pitch in to help, the easier the work, and there are always people willing to assist you. The club is always looking for new talent and fresh ideas, and this can be your first step towards helping the club go in a great direction.
